About this app
Perfect Store is a business application for authorized retail merchandising auditors. Auditors sign in to record store visits, scoring each Store on Planogram Compliance, Share of Shelf, and Must Stock List availability, and capturing supporting photos and notes. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and your choices. The app is intended for authorized auditors and is not directed at the general public or children.
Information we collect

How we use your information
We use the information above solely to provide the app's functionality: recording and scoring store visits, attaching evidence, computing the Perfect Store Score, and showing an auditor leaderboard to your organization. We do not use your data for advertising, and the app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking components.
How your information is shared
Your information is sent only to the Perfect Store backend operated for your organization. We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your visit records are available to the administrators of your retail group within the Perfect Store admin dashboard.
Data security
All communication between the app and the backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Camera and location permissions
The app requests camera and photo-library access only when you add a photo to a visit, and precise-location access only while you are recording a visit, to tag where it took place. You can decline or later revoke these permissions in your device settings; some features that rely on them will then be unavailable.
Account deletion and data retention
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open the Account screen and choose "Delete my account." This permanently removes your sign-in details (email and password) and signs you out. Store visits you have already submitted are retained as business and audit records for your retail group, including your name, so the audit history remains complete. Children's privacy
Perfect Store is a workplace tool for authorized auditors and is not intended for or directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
